Liked: We had a wonderful time at the Atlantic! Perfect location and many amenities. We used both the gym and the spa in addition to the pool and took advantage of the included beach loungers as well. The staff at the Atlantic was incredible! So helpful, courtesy, and just very friendly overall. Would 100% return!
Disliked: Honestly- I can’t think of anything! Except for the spa showers being cold, which we alerted the staff to. But that is literally all I can even think of! Out stay was excellent.

Liked: Location was decent and the view was perfect.
Disliked: Housekeeping never made up room, water and coffee never replenished, shower kept running after three calls for repair, bottom of shower door full of black mold, and to add insult to injury they charge $30 for an umbrella on the beach even though you pay a “resort fee” daily.

Liked: Dear Management,I recently stayed at your hotel and wanted to provide some feedback about my experience. While the size of the room was satisfactory, I found several aspects of my stay disappointing.Firstly, the bed was uncomfortable, which I assume is typical for a pull out couch bed. Additionally, it seemed that the room may have hosted a party prior to my arrival, as there were still remnants of tape around the ceiling and candy wrappers in the closet. This was quite surprising and not in line with the cleanliness I expect from a hotel.Furthermore, the state of the housekeeping cart was unsanitary, so we opted not to have housekeeping service during our stay, except once. On our last day, we requested laundry detergent, a simple amenity, from a staff member named Felicia. However, the interaction was disheartening. Felicia was dismissive and rude, insisting that I come down to collect the detergent myself and even abruptly ending the call multiple times. Although another staff member named Christian eventually assisted us, Felicia's demeanor left a lasting negative impression.Overall, this experience has led me to conclude that I will not be staying at your hotel again. I feel compelled to share this review for the benefit of others considering a stay here. I would recommend exploring other options, such as the Conrad next door, which I have heard offers remarkable service.
