Liked: The customer service was excellent. The staff was helpful in every way. The front desk was courteous and the shuttle driver was on time and took care of us. The location was just over a mile from our function and again did not even notice that due to the shuttle service..
Disliked: No cable in the room big drawback. the showerhead in room 855 needs replaced badly. The parking was less than ideal.

Perfect Weekend @ The Astor

Liked: I attended a wedding in the area and chose to stay at the Astor along with several other attendees. It was exactly what I needed - very spacious room and comfy bed after a busy weekend.
Disliked: Lighting was a little dim in the room even with all the lights on and blinds open. Honestly, not a big deal though.
