Disappointing seeing I booked months...

Liked: Pretty much average accommodation
Disliked: Despite booking months in advance I was expected to stay with my wife in the midst of a mob of bikies. When I approached the girl on the desk who was quiet rude and wanted to change my room, no nothing available. An older lady intervened and changed the room. I had stayed at the Argyle many times before when I lived in Tasmania. I had asked to be upgraded on the website but according to Arglye staff it had not been passed on?
