Charming B&B Retreat Near Daytona's Music Scene

The Ann Stevens House is a quaint, historic bed and breakfast nestled in the peaceful town of Cassadaga, just outside of Lake Helen. This serene 3-star B&B offers a relaxing, homey atmosphere with easy access to Florida’s vibrant concert spots like Daytona and Deland. Surrounded by lush gardens and featuring individually styled rooms with private bathrooms, it's a welcoming escape for music fans looking to wind down after a high-energy show.

Why Concert-goers love it

This B&B is about a 30-minute drive to Daytona International Speedway and nearby live music venues, making it a great pick for fans attending larger festivals or arena shows. Guests love the quiet atmosphere—perfect for post-concert recovery—plus the flexible 3:00 PM check-in and 11:00 AM checkout times. Free private parking and a laid-back vibe make late-night returns easy and stress-free, especially for those with their own transport.

Who this Hotel is great for

Food and Drink Options

While there’s no on-site restaurant, guests can enjoy a continental breakfast available after a late night out. The surrounding area has several casual dining options within a short drive, and the shared lounge and outdoor patio areas are great for relaxing with takeout or snacks.

Though the property itself is quiet, it's just a short drive to Deland or Daytona, where you'll find bars, lounges, and live music venues to continue the night. The peaceful setting of the inn makes for an ideal wind-down after the energy of a concert.

What People Say

Guests love the historic charm and beautiful garden setting. Reviewers consistently praise the cleanliness, friendly hosts, and peaceful atmosphere. It’s called a “hidden gem” by many, especially for those wanting a quiet space to unwind after a busy day.

Areas for Improvement

Some guests mention that the vintage decor isn’t for everyone, and that the property is better suited for those with a car, given its more secluded location. Late-night food options on-site are limited, so plan ahead if you’re coming back from a show hungry.

The Bottom Line

The Ann Stevens House is a perfect pick for concert-goers who want a peaceful, charming place to recharge after the show.

Liked: This is an absolutely gorgeous property. The house has a wonderful story behind it. Beautiful views and pretty gardens all around. We were there to celebrate my friend's birthday, we loved our room, in the carriage house. We were in the Floridan. The room was big, the bed was comfortable, and the shower was hot. We had our own private bathroom and screened in the patio. I loved everything about the property and our stay there. I can hardly wait to go back!

Liked: The host couple was absolutely charming! We felt very taken care of and attended to, but also enjoyed our privacy when we wanted it. We loved the house itself, the surrounding nature trails, the little towns within driving distance, and the slow, peaceful southern charm of the area.
