Disliked: Cats outside, gap under the door to the point air came in. Shower wouldn't shout off to use the tub, key card wouldn't in the evenings.

Low price, lumpy bed, staff...
Liked: Obviously a really old place but the room size was large. You can park right outside the room and it?s an enclosed area so seems pretty safe.
Disliked: Turns out that reception is manned by the manager?s (mom?s) children. The result is a lack of professionalism and understaffing. I overheard the receptionist tell a guest that the manager would never agree to call in maintenance to fix his internet issue. When she hung up with him, I said that she really must call the manager who is the one who would take responsibility. A slouchy boy in jeans on his phone behind the counter said that I didn?t sign his check so I had no say in the matter. That?s when I learned the family connection. I informed him that guests write reviews and that I thought a poor one was in order. His response - ?Go right ahead?. Surely this young boy and girl feel entitled to treat their guests this way. This is a low rent motel and you get a similar attitude from the people in charge.
