Liked: I did not participate in breakfast. I was very disappointed that there was no actual boiling jug in the room.

Nice place to stay I...
Liked: Nice location comfortable, clean nice amenities
Disliked: The check-in process is very slow. The computer is very slow. It took almost 30 minutes to check in.

Liked: The staff was amazing. The decor is very cute.
Disliked: My front door was adjacent to an atrium that led to the lobby. So I heard noises of people coming in and out all day. My window was right next to a club or a bar or people are coming out and smoking and talking at all hours of the night.

Unhelpful, unkind , stressful
Liked: Can't comment as they cancelled our reservation as no show due to flight delays.
Disliked: We missed our connecting flight due to delays with American Airlines and couldn't get to the hotel on the first night. Despite keeping them informed of our unfortunate circumstances from Phelidelphia airport, we arrived at San Francisco next afternoon to find out the hotel has cancelled our reservation as a no-show & have charged us for the first night. We already had so much stress with flight delay, paying for last minute philly airport hotel to then have to find another place to stay in San francisco & pay more for our booked cab to take us to a different hotel. I messaged this hotel of the flight issue from Phelidelphia as soon as I could. The least they could have done was to be decent enough not to charge us and not cancel our reservation. After I had already booked into another place, they messaged to say the reservation was not cancelled, causing even more confusion and distress. I totally agree with having policies, but uncontrollable circumstances such as ours should allow for a little more flexibility. Being human, kind, and generous can go a long way. We ended up paying double for that night. Sadly, we won't recommend this hotel.
