This hotel is amazing! The owners are super friendly people who chatted and conversed with my husband and I while we were eating breakfast. My husband was worried when we checked in because he had never stayed in a B&B before and thought it would be like staying in strangers home so when we went to look around town he said he felt like he needed to tell them where we were going however that all changed within the first two minutes after contact. Great people clean rooms prices are better than chain hotels and you can keep a family in business what's not to love:) give this place a go it's amazing breakfast was fantastic and I'm not an a.m eater.

Disliked: Honestly I didn't like the fact I had to leave!

Darling place to stay and very friendly owner.

Liked: The room was beautiful, spacious and well appointed. The owner went out of his way to accommodate for my food allergies and made me Gluten Free waffles for breakfast.

Liked: The house was charming, comfortable and quiet and our room was spotless. Breakfast was delicious and we especially enjoyed learning about the history of the house and another historic home in the area from our host.
Disliked: We would have liked to have coffee available much earlier in the morning so we could come down and help ourselves, as we are early risers.

The staff Terri and Vicki...

Liked: The staff Terri and Vicki were amazing, wonderful. Food very good. Bed very good. Wonderful view from the balcony!
Disliked: We weren?t crazy about the tub/shower. I know it?s fitting with the old decor. Just was not our preference. The door to the room was difficult to open and close, probably needs to be adjusted/sanded.

Do not use this property...

Liked: The entire experience was a nightmare
Disliked: Everything: we had to move the garbage cans to get in the driveway. Thebed appeared to have been bought at good will, the comforter on top ofit appeared worn and old, there was shag carpet in the bathroom, therewas a cat we knew nothing about and my sister is allergic to cats, therewas absolutely nothing about the facility that even resembled the website. There were paint cans on the front porch there were no Christmasdecorations,The host was very nice. We did not even meet his wife.

if a deal looks too...

Liked: We didn't have breakfast there! We were there for a funeral and this facility was near the church and also near our family and the highway exit. It is a very quaint home, out in the country and we enjoyed that very much. Terry was a great host and did text us, while we were on the road, that what we had booked didn't include breakfast. He offered to add breakfast , for a fee, and we decided that we didn't eat that much breakfast so we declined.
Disliked: My problem is with They advertised this as a great deal at a B&B, they just didn't mention that their fabulous rate was without breakfast! We didn't book this stay until the last minute and so we couldn't cancel, or we would have. We were the only people there, so the bathroom down the hall wasn't a big deal, but it would have been had there been other people.
