Liked: ALI at reception was very friendly and welcoming and made sure everything was we had booked. Our room was clean, spacious and had good air-conditioning.

Attitude of staff was poor...
Liked: The location was good for where we were going.
Disliked: Tiny room. No restaurantVery overpriced room. I had paid more for a superior suitr with twin beds only to get a call the day we were going to say twin beds are not possible in a superior suite and had been moved to a standard room, I asked about the difference in cost to be told by someone clearly not interested, saying there was a $50.00 surcharge for twin beds rooms and if I wasn’t happy to take it up with Booking.Com. Surcharge for a twin room!???? To add to this I also received a curt call prior from someone else saying the room wasn’t paid. Advised Booking.com were responsible for taking money out, I was emailed at time of booking, it would be direct debited in November. Funny thing is, I had tried several times calling the Hotel prior to my booking with not one answer. Gave up in the end. Poor, rude, unhelpful service, ridiculous price of standard room, for which I had booked a superior room. Need to lift your game for a “new takeover”. Oasis I have never had a problem with in the past!
