Liked: Fabulous villa. Spacious, clean, comfortable. Great location - quiet, residential area, but only a 15 minute walk to Niagara Falls. Although it is a B&B, we opted out of having breakfast provided. Alice kindly leant us crockery and cutlery so that we could do our own thing. A fridge, microwave and kettle were already provided.Alice was very friendly and an efficient, hospital hostess. We can thoroughly recommend staying at Susan's Villa.
Disliked: Only one very minor thing, which was 4 years out of date info brochures in our villa. However, Alice said she would update them after I mentioned it to her on leaving.

Liked: The property was exceptionally clean. The hosts were very accommodating and concerned with our needs. Home cooked breakfasts were well balanced, and delicious. It was a close walk to anything you wanted to view near the actual falls, including the bridge to walk to the U.S.A. side.

Great B&B, clean, friendly, homely, short walk from town, parking spaces, leave shoes at the door.

Liked: Super friendly and welcoming hosts. Lovely breakfast. Something a bit different each day which was lovely. Great location and walking distance to everything which was great. Hosts were really accommodating and made our stay very comfortable.

This is our go-to stay for the Niagara Region.

Liked: Great Breakfast, more than we could eat and top quality. Lots of Free parking and our room had a private entrance.
Disliked: Unfortunately it rained - no fault of our hosts, so we did not get a chance to enjoy the outdoor patio and gardens.
