SureStay Plus Hotel by Best Western San Antonio North

I stayed at the Quality Inn in San Antonio, TX. Overall it was a great experience. The room was clean and the room service was excellent. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others who are looking for good quality for a reasonable price.

Disliked: Housekeeping knocking on doors too early in the morning.

Liked: It was fine. The room was nice and cool when I got there. Clean and the staff went out of there way to make sure I had everything I needed.

Great stay

Liked: I liked the value of the price of the hotel for a last minute family trip, and the distance from everything.
Disliked: I didn't like that we didn't get room service, we had to go to the main desk and ask for more toilet paper at one point.. and when we went to breakfast there was only cereal, eggs and apples available..

Disliked: The room had a weird smell. Coffee is not that great. Suggestions. For breakfast it would be nice to include waffles or bisquets and gravy and better Coffee to offer to your clients. That will cheer anyone who visits you even more.
