This hotel is prime canidate for Hotel Impossible. Owners have not invested a dime into this property. Elevator, TV and refrigerator did not work. No extension cords in room to power things. Lightbulbs were missing. No tissue.

Liked: Nice desk clerk and shuttle driver.
Disliked: Bad hotel.

Never entered the room

Disliked: I made a reservation 3 hours before I got the to find out the pool/hot tub were closed. Never went to my room and was refused a refund.

Nice. Convenient Location Near KCI.

Liked: Close to KCI Airport. Excellent location close to rental car return. Appears to be a newer facility; well kept. Pleasant staff.They do not have a restaurant but the Four Points next door is an easy, quick walk.
Disliked: This is not a complaint but an observation. Our room was located directly across from hotel Laundry door. Laundry door stayed open until 6+ pm. Did quiet down after that point.

Pillows were very uncomfortable, they...

Liked: Breakfast was good, but, they could use another coffee machine and another waffle machine as both were backed up during peak times.
Disliked: One of our team members had bed bugs in her room and we killed 2 bugs in our room, assuming due to being in first floor for us. Perhaps seasonal and needing sprayed for bugs.
