Liked: Very convenient to town and walking distance to almost everything.
Disliked: Room quest next door was very loud. Lots of screaming kids and parents!!

Liked: Excellent location! Staff was super friendly and helpful. Continental breakfast was very good with fresh fruit and a variety of items to choose from. It was well worth the price and we will stay here again on our next trip to north Georgia.
Disliked: People smoking outside their rooms and not in designated areas.

Liked: Very central location to everything in Helen. Our suite was brand new and very nice and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful too.
Disliked: Took a while to figure out the TV, but eventually realize someone forgot to plug in the DirectTV box

Very clean and comfy

Liked: Very clean and comfy. The location was great. We got there late, around 10pm but we walked in from the cold to a warm, quiet, clean space for our family to stay. I always check out the beds for cleanliness before we unpack. Everything was great.
Disliked: Pool was a little small and rooms too. Pack shampoo and conditioner, bc the bottles they provide are very small.

Liked: The kids loved the indoor pool. Our room was very clean. The tv in our room was really big.
