The place smelled and was...

Liked: Bed was big and comfortable.
Disliked: It was filthy. Holes and stains on bedding, incredibly dusty on counters, stains and crud on floor and side of bed.

Convenient and you get what...

Liked: It was conveniently in the area of our main reason for visiting Williamsburg.
Disliked: I feel like it needs a power wash.

Disliked: Hotel had shady activities and people just hanging around,room smelled of cigarette smoke bathtub had rings around it. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone unless you are into shady activities. People just hang out around your door. Check out with in hours after checking in

Basic accommodations for a good...

Liked: Hotel was able to provide a room for 5 people (2 adults and 3 teens). Clerk provided clean bedsheets and I was able to make the bed in the pullout couch. Hotel room was reasonably clean. Sidewalks should be resurfaced and room is ready to be updated with new carpet, furniture etc.
Disliked: Breakfast is NOT provided, not even coffee. The room did have do it yourself coffee service, however there is no juice or coffee available in the lobby.
