I will never stay at...

Liked: Bed was comfortable. I liked the patio door to where the car was parked.
Disliked: 1. Pool and hot tub were not in service. We were not told ahead if time and were very disappointed. We were offered a coupon to use the rec centre 2 k.m away but itches single use only and did not take the place of a onsite pool. 2. The floors were filthy. They left my feet black with dirt from walking on them 3. There was no microwave as advertised. 4. The plug for the bathtub was broken so we could not have a bath. 5. There was coffee and sugar provided, but no whitener or cream. 6. The hotel refused to give us a discount on our stay, despite all these issues.

Not bad but I think...

Liked: Quietness and comfort.
Disliked: Outlets for laptop and phone chargers were limited. Bedside lamps and plugs only on one side of the bed. Breakfast was not great - warm egg frisbees and sausage patties. Apples were bruised and battered.

Some good points , some...

Liked: It was conveniently located in the town.
Disliked: I was woke at 2.30am by staff talking loudly to each other. There was no room service, during our 3 night stay. One morning the breakfast area was filled with a party staying at the facility who stayed an extended period of time visiting and chatting meanwhile all the seats were filled. I suggest that the staff could have suggested to the guests if they wished a reunion the breakfast eating area isn’t the place.

Clean hotel, comfy beds, wonderful...

Liked: The staff were wonderful, super clean rooms, comfy beds. Older Hotel, must have been fairly newly renovated. We enjoyed our stay.
Disliked: Unfortunately the pool was under maintenance and I choose to stay in a hotel with a pool for my kids. So that they can swim. I know it’s not the staff or hotels fault. Just check if you are keen on having a pool. They did offer a voucher for the local community centre pool.

Liked: Enjoyed the breakfast in the morning.
Disliked: We were not advised that the pool and hot tub would not be available. It was the whole reason we chose this hotel. They offered discounts for the rec center but we declined due to the amount of people there.
