Wonderful stay

Liked: Clean and staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel allows pets. Beds and pillows were comfortable, lots of hot water for showers.
Disliked: Needs to have a garbage container at the back door for matrons that walk and pick up after their pets. An encouragement for people to pick up and dispose of poop from the pets. Making people walk to the far corner of the property doesn’t encourage people to clean up after their pets.

Liked: I did not like having to pay a two hundred dollar damage deposit. My employer booked and paid for the room that should have been taken care of then. It's lucky I could pay.That ruined my whole experience..Now I have to wait for my money. Also your break fast food should not be left unattended. It's a nice gesture but not safe your
Disliked: Your rooms are not very sound proof I could clearly hear conversations and TV. Maybe the inter room door didn't help. They weren't loud just normal talking

Disliked: The continental breakfast times could be longer than 9:30am and they should offer more breakfast food such as sausages, bacon, eggs, waffles, toast, orange and apple juice, fruit such as strawberries, bananas and blueberries and grapes.

Location great, clean room

Liked: Clean, very conveniently located near border bridge to US. Near water and near restaurants.
Disliked: When I arrived there was no one at the desk. I waited for over 10 minutes before I called the hotel number and someone answered and finally came. The beds are spring mattresses and you can feel every spring.
