Disliked: Violence as soon as I was checking in by a drunk guy in the lobby. Tv didn’t work half the time. And a werid buzzing sound all night when everything was turned off.

Liked: Thwre ia no point of liking anyrhing as I didnt stay at the property. I chose a booking option where I put my details just to book a room and the actual payment meant to be paid once I physucally check in. I was paying more for this option than the regular one.. Yet I have been charged not once but twice for which I am going to repirt to my financial institute to take due action against you guys. It is a ripping policy from your side and I wont give you my business ever again

Disliked: Once I checked in, it took about 30 minutes to get my room. Every room they sent me to was under construction and nobody from the previous shift. Bothered to tell anyone on the next shift that the rooms were out of order.

Liked: They wouldn’t credit the night before’s reservation since I went to the wrong Super 8 and didn’t realize it until the evening before, then called and cancelled but I still got charged for a room I didn’t use. Stayed there anyway the next night. No luck the next morning with the manager. Great room though.
Disliked: See above, the manager could’ve credited the room, and I’d called the previous night but I won’t book Wyndham through booking.com again and will use their app from now on. Seems ridiculous that they use the fact that the room reservation was made through booking.com as an excuse for not cancelled the reservation and I also called booking.com and they said it was up to the manager there ate the hotel. Bad experience for sure and it has happened before and since at the Drury Horel in Cleveland.

Disliked: Manager do something with the room or someone because when I leaved I leave door open for cleaning and now they tried through Booking com to charge me for something what I didn't do. And I have txt screen shot of proof.
