Waste of my hard earned...

Liked: Not much,
Disliked: The owners worked the front desk and I had a really hard time understanding her. Her English was really bad and came across as rude. They had coffee in front office area. Told me my dog could not be in my personal truck and I explained to her or at least tried but she wouldn't take the time to stop accusing me of having my dog in a room and I told her check her cameras, he was in my truck and I was outside with him waiting on my son to pick him up cause he was going to pet sit for me and his Mom but before I could get back upstairs she had already went to my room and knocked and my wife answered the door half way thinking I forgot my key. She never announced to my wife who it was when she knocked and then stood staring ty wife saying nothing but trying to look over and around my wife's shoulder and my wife sid we are picking things now and will be out shortly even though it was only 9:30am and check out wasn't until 11am but we had plans so we left a little early and when I left and turned my key card back into her she didn't so a word, Not a Thank you, Have a nice day or Come again...etc...Was not feeling like a comfortable welcome or appreciated customer at all. When leaving she was arguing with another customer which made 3 customers she yelled at just that morning.... Regardless, I will not go back there again. Don't waste your money, not worth any amount of currency to deal with that type of treatment.

Liked: TV channels did not work and picture was very fuzzy. Hvac unit did not work well
Disliked: I paid for a non smoking room, but there were none available

Disliked: wasn’t sure if breakfast was available. Information wasn’t 100 percent clear
