Awesome staff; super easy to find off the highway and in a nice location. Rooms were a little small, as was the TV, but for the price I really cannot complain. Stayed for the 4th of July weekend for the Phish shows and was pleasantly suprised - would stay here again when going to SPAC.

Disliked: Poor customer service choosing not to answer the telephones and preferring to go outside and smoke.

Liked: Housekeeping ladies were super sweet and loved my dog.
Disliked: The overnight front desk guy was a jerk. Didn't tell me the room I requested wasn't available, so when we walked in at 130 am, expecting a king size bed but seeing 2 doubles I was annoyed. Called front desk and was rudely told no more kings were available. Housekeeping only came by late morning so we left 3 days worth of trash when we checked out. Then I had to wait for the front desk lady to get off a personal phone call before she could check us out.We've stayed twice before but next time we're up in NY I'll be looking for somewhere else to stay.

Disliked: The pillows were small, the room itself was a little dated.
