I've used ConcertHotels.com a few times now and usually everything is spot-on. This was a first, and hopefully a last mistake. If it is the hotel's fault, then something should be said to the hotel to prevent future issues. If it is the website's fault, then there should be some compensation made.

Liked: Went outside to smoke and still had a decent stay.
Disliked: Not sure who's mistake it was, but I had reserved a smoking room and got non-smoking instead! I was told by the motel that the website did not relay that info correctly. And they couldn't fix it - there were no smoking rooms available.

Weird vibe!

Liked: Incredibly friendly and helpful staff, especially after the key card wasn't working and they had to make a new one.
Disliked: Very noisy. No coffee was available. Bathroom wasn't super clean, and we didn't take a shower because of that. Beds were pretty soft. The lighting outside the hotel was pretty dismal too making it feel a little shady.

Liked: The woman who took care of us at the front desk was absolutely WONFERFUL. Incredibly friendly, good advise for places to eat and check out. We will stay here again at our next event

Disliked: Needs additional chair (at least one or two) in a 2 beds room. Need to sit on the bed for lunch or dinner.
