Comfortable bed and clean room,...

Liked: Comfortable bed, and clean rooms for a good price. Love a good hotel waffle in the morning.
Disliked: Bed was fresh and in great shape but much of the other furniture was worn, and they are in the middle of a remodel, so much work was needed and apparently in progress. Several signs around indicating broken elevator, ice machine, etc, and apologizing for the inconvenience. Airport shuttle required more coordination than I planned-for

Liked: We were late for breakfast and the staff was cleaning up but they let us grab a few things before they put it all away.

Liked: I couldn’t even get booked in so I don’t know it was highway robbery they took my money and I didn’t even get in the room
Disliked: They could have been kinder and more understanding but instead they took my money and would allow me a refund

Disliked: The property lists online that their airport shuttle runs until 11:30pm or midnight, depending on where you read. When I asked for a shuttle after my 10:15pm flight, I was told the shuttle stopped at 10pm. I pointed out that it said other things online and was told that it was 10pm and there would be no later pickups. Not good service for an airport hotel. I ended up not staying here as the cab ride was going to be over $80.
