Liked: Night shift receptionist did a great job, she is very friendly. Quick check in!
Disliked: The elevator does not work

Room was a good value...

Liked: Breakfast was ok. Location was good but had train and highway noises.
Disliked: Chewed gum was left on the headboard and the shower rod was not installed properly so shower curtain would not stay shut.

Awedome

Liked: Management and staff were so nice. Very accommodating.
Disliked: Needed the elevator

Liked: I liked the look of the tile on the floor
Disliked: If you are going to charge a deposit for the room, especially if it is going to be $100 (which is absolutely ridiculous) you should have that in bold print right next to the cost of the room when you book it and don't say "there is a $100 deposit for the room, which you will get back if you leave the room in good shape" after you have already charged me for the room

Liked: The location met expectations and the staff were friendly.
Disliked: The beds are a little stiff, but that's to be expected.

Great stay

Liked: It was nice, clean, and accommodating. The staff was polite professional and pleasant helpful and friendly.
Disliked: Easy to get on the freeway.
