Staff was fast and friendly. Price was good. Rooms were clean. Parking was kind of spooky.

Liked: Easy and fast location to the Santa Ana Star Casino and the freeway.
Disliked: Large group of construction workers sitting outside alongside their trucks drinking. Bathroom situation was just awful. Tiny and poorly lit. No light over open sink in the bedroom. Very steep stair case to second floor.

Liked: The attitude of the employees was good. The Hotel's Fee was reasonable. The building is old, but the room is clean.
Disliked: The Breakfast didn't have choice, and it was different as picture of booking's website, That's the biggest point where we were disappointed.

Disliked: Right off the interstate highway which was convenient but noisy. Was wake up about 2am because noise outside our window
