Liked: Efficient front desk staff , great to be able to park in front of room
Disliked: This room was absolutely disgusting , the carpet was sooo stained , the bedding was stained , the door going in was badly stained with mud and dirty hand prints , there was not one thing in that room that didn’t need updated .

Liked: Bed was comfy, hotel common areas were clean.
Disliked: At check in, i waited 10 mins for someone to show up at the desk. Attendant was busy with another guest who has complaints and while reassigning them a new room he acted unprofessionally with expressions of discuss and sighing alot. Once he returned to the desk he checked myself in with no issues other the throwing the cards across the desk and they almost came off the front of the desk.Room towel were not clean, there were stains on one towl that looked like dirt or a used towel that was just folded and put back. I found multiple hairs in the bathroom that did not belong to myself or my partner. So i was pretty disgusted with the cleaniness of the bathroom.I purchased 2 bottles of water and a grape soda from the front desk, all i am gunna say is way over priced at 4 dollars for water and 5 for a bottle of pop. Ridiculous. The continental breakfast also needs an upgrade: the "fresh" fruit look like it had been sitting in the basket for a week. Love the waffles but wish there were some options other then just butter and syrup. Also the braker blew in the eating area when one person was making a waffle and another was making toast. Should look at upgrading the amps provided by that breaker.I have stayed here multiple times in the past and just feel like staff just dont care anymore about service and professionalism.
