Disliked: The bed was very uncomfortable. The only cereals at breakfast were Cheerios and Sugared Cereal.

Will stay there again!!

Liked: Clean, good price. Gigi was very helpful for us. Couldn’t get the tv to work. She was there within a couple minutes and instead of leaving right away, stayed to be sure all the channels downloaded. Above and beyond in our book.

Disliked: Dirty, Ice machine broken, hair in bed, had to move to another room. Will not stay there again ! !

Liked: It was the worst experience I ever had, I arrived at night and my card was not well processed and the only thing the woman at the reception did was to throw my documents and tell me that she could not help me even and when she offered to pay with another card or in cash, she was very rude to me and to the booking staff who were trying to help me to rent something.
Disliked: Customer service is horrible.They were rude and racist.

Disliked: Horrible looked like ghost town. So dark in the entry way that I didn’t see the phone or sign to call after hours, was frustrated didn’t even stay here! And they refused refund!

Going elsewhere next time.

Liked: The breakfast assortment was minimal and did not look appealing. Went to a restaurant instead.
Disliked: Bath room walls needed to be cleanned. Leather chairs needed to be replaced.

Very nice experience

Liked: We were allowed to have my grandchildren that live in Madison come and join us in the pool. It was a special treat for all of us.
Disliked: Nothing

Liked: Trying to find positives…parking was easy, location not bad
Disliked: Room was a smoking room, when ordered non smoking. Property manager said it was Booking.com’s fault and said they had nowhere to move us. Other hotels in town were full or we would not have stayed. Room door did not open, manager kicked it open and said all due to humidity.
