Liked: It was quite for the most part. It was not far from down downtown Louisville ky wich was nice. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful about the area. The room was clean. Had no issues with the room.
Disliked: The hot water was not really hot and it turned cold really fast. That's the only thing I didn't like about the room.

Disliked: Cockroaches in the room. Juice machine broken both mornings for breakfast. Power kept tripping in breakfast room when microwave and toaster were used at the same time.

Disliked: they kept my deposit for no reason. the cockroaches invaded my room and luggage.i will never recommend nor will i ever stay at this facility again. not even if i got a free stay. i wouldnt even give my free stay to anyone. i wouldnt want to loose them as a friend or enemy.

Liked: I liked the location. It's right off the highway and right down the street from a waffle house.
Disliked: I did not like the front desk staff attitude upon arrival. I drove about 8hrs to get to this location (I was headed to NY) and she had a shitty attitude. The hotel charged my card 3 days in advance (inwhich I felt was odd because most places charge your card the day before if at all). Well when I got there, she told me that I needed to pay a 50$ cash deposit to get in a room that I already paid in advance for. I told her that I did not have cash but I can use my debit card. Then she rudely proceeded to say to me, "Well we're going to have to work something out because I need cash inorder for you to get the room." And I responded, "What kind of low budget place is this that it doesn't accept card payments for a deposit. No one one told me that I needed to bring cash. You have my number on file. Someone should have called me." Let me also note that its about 8pm at night, Im tired from driving all day and she was not making it any better. So anyway after going back and forth with her, she finally gives me a room. I get to my room and its nasty, the bed/covers feel like something is crawling on you and on top of that the next morning I see roaches crawling in the tub. I would not ever stay here again!

Disliked: Roaches. Broken furniture such as tables falling apart. Bathroom door had holes in it and didnt lock/ close properly. Smelled bad
