Disliked: The hotel staff was beyond slow at checking. Acted like they didn't want to be there. Anyone walking above your room could be heard. It was loud. The only ice machine was on the third floor. It's in a very bad part of town.

Liked: Large room, Lots of counter space, Comfortable bed, The flat screen t v worked, Quiet guests, very clean.
Disliked: We stayed two nights. After the first night we requested that the bathtub stopper be repaired so that I could bathe. The second night came and went with no repair. Never got any explanation why, during the three times I contacted them about the failure. I was in town for eye surgery, and was really looking forward to some soothing comfort to lessen the pain. I was very disappointed that this simple repair could not have been accomplished, along with poor communication. I liked the property in every other way.

Disliked: The incredibly long wait time to check in. I waited over 2 hours from when I arrived on site to be seen by the reception staffmember named Bobbie, a 50ish female with short brown/reddish hair. She refused to register me when I expressed my frustration at waiting for 2 hours and then having to pay more than my PREPAID STAY. she literally stopped registering me and wouldn't talk to me. I want a refund and have opened claims with both booking.com and AmericanExpress.

Liked: Absolutely nothing. Worst experience ever. Full of drug addicts, prostitutes and gang members. Avoid at all costs.
Disliked: Everything!!! Take a gun for protection.
