Know what your getting into

Liked: The place is located centrally and has fairly easy access. What staff we worked with were nice and friendly.
Disliked: The rooms were filthy. Floors dirty from previous tenants. Styrofoam cups still dirty and stacked on others. Nothing worked in the rooms with us having to fix them ourselves. Tvs had to be plugged in and there were not enough outlets for all the electronics at once. The second room had a busted toilet seat which we informed the front desk about 10 minutes after check in but it was never repaired. Beds were soft in one room but rock hard in another. We never saw housekeeping during our 5 day stay and all signage posted said it would be every 3 days. No new towels, even when we left them in the tubs as signage directed. Overall a very bad stay for the price paid. If I could have negotiated room rates I would have said 20$ a night for both rooms it was that bad. I've stayed in cheap motels before but never like this.

Disliked: There were no face towels & coming from White Sands, would have been more appreciated. Quite stingy with linens.
