Disliked: The toilet was stopped up, there was trash behind the dresser, the tv had no signal so it didn’t work, the plugs were all loose so we couldn’t plug up our phones and the door had a huge gap in it and you could see into the hallway!

Passable

Liked: The facility needs a good cleaning.The room had a cigarette burn in the bed spread, mattress was lumpy, bathroom needs to be cleaned under sink and recaulked and fresh coat of paint throughout the room.I didn't take pictures was in a rush to get to sleep after driving 12 hours and rushing to get to my aunt service on time and to leave to get home.

Exceptional

Liked: The location was ideal to where we needed to be. The housekeeping lady we had on Saturday was the best.
Disliked: Initally my room wasn't as clean as it should have been. But after speaking with the housekeeping lady, she easily remedied that. I appreciated her friendly attitude and prompt resposnse to the issue.

Liked: Nothing specific
Disliked: The breakfast could have been a little better
