Met our expectations

Liked: Consistent with what we expect from this hotel chain. The room was clean, breakfast was adequate and staff were pleasant.
Disliked: The aircon unit was a little loud.

Superb

Liked: It was nice and quiet. Clean, and we felt pretty safe there. Breakfast is good.
Disliked: When we turned on bathroom sink it smelled pretty bad in the drain but cleared out quickly.

Disliked: There were certain types of bugs in the bathroom. We asked for a cancelation and moved down the road.

Extremely disappointed. Checked out a...

Liked: Staff was very nice. Location was good for our needs.
Disliked: Dirty. Hair on the sheets and in the bathtub. Mildew all over the shower curtain. Washcloths dingy yellow color. Light fixture hanging out of the wall.

Our stay was perfect and...

Liked: It was only 8 minutes from where I had an important meeting.
Disliked: We thought the heating/air conditioning was broken but apparently you had to call the front desk and they somehow turned it on remotely.
