Liked: The pros; -I enjoyed the breakfast and the selection wad just right-The staff were so friendly and inviting.-the location is very accessible and great!- the pool was so good hot tub actually hot and pool have very pretty lights-rooms were clean and the bed was super cozy.-Leah the lady who checked us in was fantastic and so accommodating. She was always smiling and helpful. -lady checking us out was very efficient and super smiley. -the room was so massive it was nice with 3 kiddos.
Disliked: Only con was they charged 10$ for a playpen. It would have been nice to know prior that's all.

Overall good experience. Comfortable sleep...

Liked: I liked that they offered breakfast and that they had a pool and hot tub. AND they share a parking lot with the Dow Centre so we could walk to the theatre show we had tickets to.
Disliked: The pool and hot tub tiles were broken and dirty. A little TLC would go a long way. They would not allow us to check in 3 hours early even though there was availability to do so - they wanted $60. Customer care and service and allowing free early check in since they had a free room would have enhanced the experience.
