Liked: Rae was so nice and understanding. she helpped me and my kids out. the room was more than i expected and gave us a very comfortable vibe.

Liked: the staff was awful. We waited 30 minutes while the couple in front of us got checked in. I don’t know why it took forever. The guy then started to help us. We were there for about 20 minutes. He took our IDs etc. then another lady comes in and they start doing shift change. He talks to her for about 15 minutes updating her and just leaves us standing there then he leaves without saying a word. The lady then takes over starts our whole process again. She asks if we want a downstairs or upstairs. We say downstairs. She says ok. She finishes checking us in and ended up giving us two upstairs rooms. We have a grandmother in a wheelchair which cannot go upstairs. So she then looks for more rooms. Finds us two rooms downstairs right next to each other which is perfect. She apologized for everything said she would get us an early check in by 2:30 and would call us when it was ready. She never called us and by 3 oclock which is check in time, our rooms still hadn’t been touched by house keeping and we’re still completely dirty from whoever was in the room last. I had a tweeker above me who was up all night banging and stomping on the floor. Kept me up all night. Had weirdos walking up and down and you can hear them talking to themselves outside your door. Worst experience ever! The only good thing was once the room was cleaned it was very nice. Spacious, clean, comfortable.

No sleep. Too much noise

Liked: The bed was comfortable and the restroom was big
Disliked: A lot of traffic and noise at night. It looked shady, don’t know if they rent on weekly basis but there was a lot of movement in and out and people in the parking lot past 12 p.m. didn’t feel safe.
