Was sketchy and smelly

Liked: Nothing really
Disliked: Not clean and smelled like feet and the location was kinda sketchy. Also they didn't have their key cards working so they told us to leave the door propped if we left to go anywhere close but then close it if we go far and then come to the front desk and they'd let us in. Kinda inconvenient.

Disappointing

Liked: The morning staff and evening staff was very friendly.
Disliked: The first room we was given wasn't cleaned or ready for anyone to stay. The person that checked us in was rude and looked upset that we was even coming back to let her know that the rooms wasn't cleaned, the bed wasn't made, the bathroom still had used towels and stuff still in the room. She got sassy and said that she didn't have anymore single bed rooms available that she guessed she would have to give us a double bed room.

Liked: Well I like the hotel housekeeping staff specifically Tanya.She was extremely helpful and she was very nice and professional.
Disliked: Well where should I start? Well a lot of things took place so lets just to it....4/2/2024 a tornado in our hotel area touched down and it was very much like the place was Deserted. The power was out for 2-3 days.We were able to stay in the same place as the night we had the tornado, only one problem was that we were told ŵe couldn't get a key to the room and that a staff member would be making a trip up there for the purpose of opening up the door with their master set if keys each time you want to get back in your room. I drive for uber for work. I am in and out a lot because of the trips not being too far out of the area. I have learned that there was a foolish decision on the part if a kids football team coach was drunk out in the parking lot while the kids are screaming running out and up and down the halls screaming unattended, and at at one point they pranked called the police. I was kept up by kids running, and screaming at the top of their lungs. It was 2 nights in a row and the hotel staff front desk just kinda laughs and shrugged off like our compliants were invalid. I have spent over 2500 at the moment Yesterday it was around 8:30am we called to extend our stay only to be informed about our room had a hand written note "do not extend room 323!"I asked why the reason was because we had been there without any kind of issues whatsoever.I am grateful that I have been given the chance to get to explain the situation, As I feel like we are really getting unfairly mistreated for no reason whatsoever. Nothing is going to be able to be said to justify any of this unfolding.I called the front desk “ and they couldnt get in touch with Samantha Parker the general manager, whp happens to live onsite at the hotel. You can't get her on the phone or ever sèe her in person not once. Theres a lot of illegal activity going on in that property as well. You can smell it through the building.

Liked: Very convenient location, friendly staff.
Disliked: The key card readers, were not working, so we didn't feel comfortable leaving anything but ourclothes in the room, when we went outside

This was the worst place...

Liked: Nothing
Disliked: It was dirty. There were semen stains on the chair in our room. We were not given a key, so someone that worked there had to let us into our room every time. I did not feel safe there.

A lot more cons than...

Liked: I liked the lamps in the hotel and how they had plug ins on them. The pillows were comfortable. I also liked that there was a blow dryer in the bathroom for your hair and a big mirror to view your outfit. Cable was okay too, and it had some good shows on.
Disliked: Breakfast consisted of 2 mini fridges with either juice milk and or cereal. Check in was okay, but front desk staff were not that nice. There were cops there as soon as we pulled in because of a disturbance or something within the hotel. The beds were hard and itchy, carpet was nasty, they had no keys to the rooms so they had to prop your door open for you to get in, and if you left you had to leave it propped open so anyone could just come in and steal your stuff. Night cleaning lady was rude and gave the dirtiest looks when looking for a vending machine to get a snack since we didn’t feel comfortable leaving the premises to get something because of the door not being able to be locked. The smoke alarm went off in the middle of the night as well, but turned off shortly after. That was scary, especially hearing that when you’re asleep. Checkout was okay. There’s a random cat living within the hotel as well. I didn’t have an issue with that, but it was quite odd. Room smelled of weed and cigarettes for being a no smoking room, and the safe didn’t work either. It was just.. a mess? That’s a nice way of putting it.
