Liked: the room was easy to get to - the staff was was good - the auto front door was great for handicapped people
Disliked: the breakfast was a disappointment - only some small donuts - cereal - bananas -

Liked: It was close to the conference that I was attending in Crystral lake.
Disliked: The staff was terrible, the hallways smelled like people had been smoking weed throughout the hallaways. Some dog poup in part of the hallway. I went to the front desk to buy water and they tried to sell me water that they had just took out of someone room. Didn't realize this was a hotel where people actually live or I would have booked a room somewhere else especially since I was from out of town. I think that people should be made aware of this.
