Pleasant

Liked: Staff were nice and helpful when we needed to change rooms due to the smell.
Disliked: The first rooms we were given were very smelly (cigarette smoke, very strong cleaner, etc). All the doors to the rooms were open, so presumably this was a common problem. We moved to cleaner rooms but still not great. Air conditioners smelled funny (moldy).

Cockroaches in room .

Liked: Good location for eclipse viewing.
Disliked: Some dead cockroaches and one living cockroache found in the hotel room. Cleaning staff did some extra mobbing on our request. Day after again a cockroach in our room. That does not give confidence.
