Liked: The breakfast was weak. We certainly appreciate a warm breakfast, eggs, sausages or bacon. The waffle grill breakfast starts to wear thin after 4 days of travel.

Disliked: Dirty, hole in the ceiling, hair all over the bathroom and bed, ants in the bathroom. Weird smell. Just completely the nastiest hotel we stepped foot in. We left after paying at the front desk and then seeing the room.

Disliked: - Dirty linen and towels.- Hair in the sink and on the bedding that clearly did not belong to me.- A dirty shower curtain.- When walking out of the side door your met with tons of cigarette smoke which is the smoking area, I feel shouldnt be where people enter & exit at.- Presence of dog hair despite the hotel's pet policy.- Dogs on the hotel premises, despite the policy of this practice.These conditions are entirely unacceptable and made my stay very unpleasant. I had expected a clean and comfortable room, as well as adherence to the hotel's policies regarding cleanliness.As a paying guest, I believe I deserved better treatment and a room that met basic cleanliness standards. I urge you to take immediate action to rectify these issues to prevent similar experiences for future guests.Thank you for your attention to this matter. I trust that you will take the necessary steps to ensure the quality and standards of your hotel are upheld.
