If you're looking for a good deal on a basic room, this is the place. I've stayed here twice and both times had a pleasant experience. It is within walking distance to Mayne Stage, which was a big plus for me. Be sure to go to Heartland Cafe while you're there!

Liked: Friendly and helpful staff; clean room; plenty of covered parking.
Disliked: Some construction down the hall was a little loud, but they were done by 5p.m.

Liked: The front desk receptionist (Syed I believe) was super attentive, welcoming, and displayed incredible professionalism when encountering difficult situations. It was clear he took pride in providing a great customer experience. The location was nice as well because it was close to the Jarvis stop, which made it easy to travel on the El. Overall, a great stay.
Disliked: It was fine. Nothing bad to report on.
