Liked: It was a good value for the cost of the first night only. The premises were fairly clean and not looking like an abandoned property. The remodeling work done in the interior was tastefully, albeit very cheaply, done and it looks nice for this type of hotel.
Disliked: I did not like that the rate for the room was increased every day i was there. By the third night there, i was charged more than twice what i paid the first night. I asked about extending my stay for yet one more night due to my work schedule, but then they quoted me a rate of almost three (3) times the rate of the first night!! I would be staying in the same room, same linens same view, and same everything, except the rate was now almost three times as much as three nights ago. That is ridiculous, and so I moved to another hotel that is much closer to work, a much nicer hotel, and I'm paying the same rate of $70/night for the duration of my stay, which is end of May sometime.

Liked: There was roaches all over the place and dead ones near the bed and the floor was sticky.
Disliked: sticky Floors and roaches running around in the bathroom and bedroom.
