Comfortable overnight stay

Liked: Comfortable bed with clean sheets (no stains) - location of the a/c unit with very clean inside filters (outside unit slots were bit dusty, needed wiping)- curtains provided very good room darkness - friendly staff - quick checkin & checkout
Disliked: No stopper for tub to soak rather than shower and hot water temp could be higher.

Disliked: Disappointed in the lack of breakfast. Only coffee and prepackaged stale muffins. Coffee was okay.

Comfy beds... but gross couches...

Liked: The beds and pillows were amazingly comfy. The sheets/ pillow cases were clean. The bathroom and vanity area looked clean. (Although, I still disinfected/ cleaned the entire room myself; including the bathroom) The young lady at the front desk was very friendly, helpful, pleasant, and kind. When I checked out the gentleman at ther front desk had a very pleasant disposition as well.
Disliked: The carpet & couch in the room were horribly stained with heaven knows what & absolutely disgusting!! I covered the couch with a sheet and forbid my children to go near it. I've spent less money for similar rooms at hotels before and never seen the carpet & couch this bad! The breakfast was subpar and could use some work getting a better menu of items together. I believe they offered only a muffin & coffee lol I wish I had of taken pics, but was too busy cleaning what I could so I could put my children to sleep. Also, the location was decent. It was lights outside but, still kinda dark and creepy feeling.

Liked: I liked the convenience to the historical sites. I liked the comfortable bed.

Exceptional

Liked: Staff was excellent. Christina and Courtney are both awesome. The facility is small but clean and safe and super convenient. The value was exceptional. I would definitely stay here again.
Disliked: Great coffee, but no breakfast. I would still stay there again, though.

What breakfast

Disliked: Advertised with breakfast coffee packages sweetroll not what I would breakfast.

Good inexpensive hotel for travelers.

Liked: Location was very convenient, but this is an older property, so don't expect greatness. Staff at night took a minute to warm up, but very helpful after that.
Disliked: I had requested lower floor but was originally placed upstairs, this was corrected. Breakfast was not great, only prepackaged muffins, coffee & tea.
