Disliked: Cockroaches, bathtub cracked really bad, blood on wall and bed, phone didnt work, And the smoke detector was covered with a plastic bag.

Disliked: The room was disgusting! Someone had smoked Marijuana. The smoked detector was sagging from the ceiling with duct type on it. Walls was patched not painted, bathroom was painted half way disgusting!!!

Disliked: Dirty. Used washed clothes in bathroom, stained comforters, and broken screens. Heater put out a stripper smell to hide the smells of the motel?

Disliked: Non-smoking room with cigarette burns in the comforter, bathroom was gross, no towels in the room only washcloths,

Torn up rough hotel

Disliked: Fix or deal with this: Air Conditioner in room did not work. Screen torn to outside, cigarette burns in blankets. No room amenities. microwave knob broke off. Nothing but waffle and cereal for breakfast. Only drink was coffee. I was glad my car didn't get broke into, seemed in a rough section of town.

Liked: The room was among the worst I have ever stay in the past 20 years. The bed covers and floor had cigarette burns, the wool mid covers on both beds had large visible stains. The window screen was visible ripped. The overall cleanliness was terrible. I purchased a king bed room through a third party and received a two queen bed room due to no availability of the king bed that was prepaid for. I spoke with the staff at check out and seemed very well aware of the horrible condition of the room by telling me they had already ordered new covers for the bedding. I don’t understand why a branded hotel would ever allow for such a dump or the staff would have checked a customer into a room that in the condition. I definitely feel ripped off for having paid the full rate for paying full rate for such poorly maintained room.
