Liked: Microwave and fridge are nice but not when you're only staying for a few nights.
Disliked: The staff was unprofessional and rude to us. The room was a little stale but okay. The breakfast is bad, nothing but bread.

Disliked: The front desk smelled like weed and incense I checked into the room and it smelled as well and Stains on sheets so we walked out room and left after being there 15 minutes and turned in key. There was drug users hanging out everywhere and none do the staff cared. I called next day to get a refund because I didn’t use the room and they tried to say the cleaning lady the next day said someone used the room so they won’t refund it. So yiur telling me because a housekeeper says this you refuse to refund. I wasn’t in the room more than 5 minutes because how nasty it felt nor did I feel safe there with the type of vile people you have hanging around there. First of all I don’t lie nor do I try and get money back for no reason. I tried being nice about it all and nobody cared enough to apologize or anything. I will make sure personally no fit stays there anymore when all you had to do is do the right thing and refund money to a customer for not staying in the room you sold them and if you ran your hotel better this won’t happen.

Disliked: First, you should be informed that it's a live in hotel. The hotel is very old. Our room smelled of old cigarettes, although it was a non smoking room. The security lock on the door was hanging off. The carpet was very stained. One of our sheets had a cigarette burn hole. Only 3 outlets in the room, 1/2 of each one did not work. There was a dirty towel left on the shower curtain bar, looked like it had been there for a long time!

Liked: Pet friendly with $10/night pet policy.
Disliked: Extra charge of $12 on my bill. It was labeled “prepay”, even though i asked to pay the bill on arrival through booking.com - not sure why they would charge my card for an additional prepayment. Allah the garbage containers and bags are fairly small and flimsy. Garbage bags fall into the bin and sometimes spills the trash. Find something that works.
