Arrived to check in for our 3 night stay to be told my smoking, queen size bed, room was not available that I would have to take a double bed room. After driving for 8 hours I agreed to it but wanted to change as soon as one was available. I asked every day to be told there were none. But the parking lot always had fewer cars than rooms here. Finally on the last day I demanded my money back to find another motel to stay for my last night and after arguing with a Mr. Patel for 40 minutes they switched me to a queen non smoking, which had a coffee pot and blow dryer (the double had neither). The elevator popped like it was gonna break at any given moment. Rooms were outdated, curtains ripped, carpet stained. No continental breakfast. Rang the buzzer at desk at 7:30 - no response. Never again would I stay at this motel nor would I recommend it to anyone else. The only plus was the convenience of getting on all the highways.

Liked: Convenience to the Woods Amphitheatre.
Disliked: Not what I booked and paid for a month in advance.

Super 8 is not for...

Liked: It was just off the highway along our route south
Disliked: It seemed it was in a sketchy area. The hotel attendant was behind plexiglass and had stuffed a brick of styrofoam in the pass thru between us, so it made communication difficult. They also claimed not to have my reservation, but booked me as a walk-in after calling to consult his boss. The room was bare; the beds were small fulls, not an expected queen, the finish in the bathtub was coming up, and the toilet paper roll had a stray hair on top. They also advertised free breakfast and there was no breakfast to be had. I would not recommend staying there and will never book there myself again

Liked: Room was great. The beds were soft and comfortable.it was very clean would stay there again.

It was cool && convenient....

Liked: The staff was polite , check in with no problems. The location was perfect for me. The view was good as well.
Disliked: Only one door to enter. No trash can in room, && didn’t have any extra. My bathroom door wouldn’t close , && the tub was stopped up. The water didn’t get hot either.

Will never stay again.

Disliked: Breakfast was two slices of bread,Cereal not milk, decaffeinated coffee only no creamer.Outside it had snowed and outside was so icy no salt. Rooms had no heat on took two hrs to heat the room. Will never stay there again.

Disliked: Heater in room very noisy and fan cycled off and on every couple of minutes all night long. The included breakfast was limited to white bread for toast, cold cereal and small cinnamon buns from a package. A total joke!! The staff did not care.
