Liked: The swimming pool was warm.
Disliked: Didn't like when we checked in they wouldn't give us two more towels when the room only had two towels to begin with. We waited for the whole time we were there to get more towels. We were promised a working hot tub and it wasn't up and running. Fixed after we left! One worker who was checking in complained about not supposed to be working there that day and night but no one else could work it.

Liked: Clean rooms...
Disliked: They have not refunded my deposit. I have stayed there several times without any problem but somehow there is a problem with my deposit or it being returned. It's typically returned by the next day. I checking April 6th, checked out April 7, and it's April 11th, and I'm getting the runaround about my deposit that still is not reflecting in my account. I've never had this problem before but this is clearly a problem now. I called the hotel and was told they have released the funds on the 7th , however I called my bank and was told they have not. So, it's been alot of 7th professionalism about my deposit and confusion when it's fairly simple just to return someone's deposit.That's crazy !

Liked: We were promised hot tub and it wasn't working on our stay. The pool was heated which surprised us. When checking in we asked for 2 more big huge bath towels they refused to give them to us saying we just checked in and the room only had two towels.

Liked: Prompt check-in, clean room, working electronics, last minute check-in, great experience!

It was a cheap bed...

Liked: The pool was open. The staff was nice.
Disliked: The room didn’t get cleaned the entire stay. We had to keep asking for towels. The hot tub water was colder than the pool water and the hot tub jets didn’t work. The breakfast was just sugar in a bowl and the coffee tasted like water and there was no decaf.

The staffing wasn't cooperative when...

Liked: Nothing good
Disliked: When stating contental breakfast that was very poor and the area was not taken care,the flooring though out the building was not clean,the doors wouldn't close unless you pushed or pulled really hard. Asking too have the room cleaned they would ignore listing to you. When we arrived the outside by the entrance had a strong odor of urine. Plus the swimming pool was closed the whole time while we were there for the stay with no reason why it was closed.
