Disliked: The room was dark, my partner is a disabled veteran. In addition I was told because I was local I wasn’t allowed to book and stay because of that. They made an exception because I reserved on line

Liked: The rooms were clean and comfortable for the mist part.
Disliked: Someone had turned off the clod water facet in the room for some rason. Place showing its age a bit. Found it a bit unusual that the bottom floor was below ground level. You went down several steps to get to grown floor. The beds were a but hard.

Liked: Hot tub was great. Pool was a bit cold but nice to alternate between. Guest service was wonderful.
Disliked: That the room was half underground… I didn’t feel totally safe at how much people can see in to our room if we had our window open. The ceiling lights were like 5000 kelvin so they were awful to use but it was either that or having the window open during the day. The task lighting was good though - 3000 kelvin.
