Unfortunately the Super 8 hotel had plumbing issues and we had to call down to get a maintenance person come up twice. At which point we kept the plunger and did it ourselves. We couldn't get a refund because we booked on this site.
Liked: How close it was to the horseshoe tavern
Disliked: No refund on hotel cost after a bad experience.

Reasonable price; decent location; quiet; desk staff very efficient; room large with fridge and microwave; would stay again.
Liked: Large, well appointed room; close to excellent restaurants.
Disliked: Difficult to locate as it is in a mall; parking lot hard to find but plenty of parking available.

It was a 20 minute walk to the Toronto Western Hospital which wasn't bad; good restaurants in the area. I would recommend and even return myself in future.
Liked: Room was spacious and clean.

Liked: My hotel room was stunning. I really enjoyed the giant tub!
Disliked: The heat couldn't shut off and the A/C wasn't working so my room was a sauna. I also found the hotel difficult to access. Parking was hard to locate (ended up parking below the mall) but once I finally parked I had no idea how to find the lobby from inside the mall. I currently have an ankle injury and had to walk back and forth numerous times. When I finally found the hotel lobby there wasn't a clear way to the parking garage (meaning an elevator or escalator that was working). I had to carry my luggage and bags up several flights of stairs. So, long story short, if you are not injured and don't mind walking about 15-20 minutes from the parking garage with your stuff this place is great! Or if you don't drive and can get dropped off outside the lobby elevator door. If you have any disability or difficulty walking this is not the hotel for you. There isn't even a person to help you carry your stuff and it made the entire check in quite stressful to be completely honest. It made me dread check out because I knew it was a mission to my car with no elevators and a cane.

Unfortunally our stay at the hotel was under extremely unpleasant conditions due to the fact that I was undergoing surgery at Toronto Western Hospital the next morning. But our stay was very pleasant and I did make a comment at the hospital about our nice accommodation. Thank You.
Liked: Very good hospitality; exceptionally clean rooms; comfortable beds; nice pillows.

Stayed for one night and would definitely go back again. Great room, great area, helpful staff. Would have liked a drink in the bar but the two only stools were occupied but there were lots of bars down the street.
Liked: Great room; extra-friendly and helpful staff.
Disliked: Old TVs; sad excuse for a bar.

Very happy with our room with a view of the CN tower. Close to Metro Convention Ctr where we were going to see Oprah. Bed clean and comfortable at a good price. Breakfast was all we needed. Phil at front desk was very helpful.
Liked: Close to everything you need.
Disliked: Lobby is on 3rd floor.
