The hotel staff was very professional. When I arrived, check in was easy and the lobby was very clean. Great customer service! The hotel was very clean and our room was very nice.

Disliked: It was the most disgusting room. They double charged me. We waited an hour in the hall outside the room for the room to be cleaned and the sheets weren’t even changed. People were hanging around in the halls, other rooms clearly had smells of cooking. It was like a homeless camp. We left immediately and still are trying to get the duplicate charge refunded. Have had no response!!

Horrible conditions especially the bathrooms

Disliked: I usually don’t leave reviews but this place needs an upgrade…the first floor hallway smells like mold…the tubs have lots of rust not sure what that was about but it’s in several rooms…I literally tried four different rooms before I just settled on a room. Wasn’t able to leave because everything in town was booked. Luckily I was only there for one night. I had to go purchase a bath mat for the tub just to feel comfortable standing in the tub to shower. The first room I entered literally had dried urine on the toilet as if it hadn’t been cleaned. The lady at the front desk was nice and let me try several different rooms but all the bathrooms are in horrible condition. I have never experienced anything like it at a hotel before. I have stayed at this location in the past but the upkeep of this place is nonexistent. I will no longer book a room here anymore.

Liked: The breakfast was not a real breakfast at all even in small places by now you could get some eggs or like a biscuit with eggs and sausage on it or a waffle or a pancake they just gave you a little some juice a piece of toast or like a bagel and you're on your way that is not a breakfast and the value of it is zero in my book almost everything
Disliked: Too many things to list you got to get on top of it when you rate these places many of them are in real bad repair

MY EXPERINCE AT SUPER 8...

Liked: very calm, clean, and the front desk was very friendly and helped anytime l needed help. The TV was full of channels, l was able to watch channels of my choice like sports and news.
Disliked: Shower water is coming very low on both rooms we slept.
