Disappointing

Liked: price
Disliked: Not very clean, toilet didn’t work, random people walking around building at late hours, didn’t feel very safe

Good...until deposit reimbursement

Liked: Some staff were great however the 2 bosses were rude. Place is clean
Disliked: the 2 bosses were rude and short with people. They like to keep deposits. Kept my entire deposit because we ate in bed and spilled. They said the sheets were overly dirty and had to be tossed. $200...never in my life would I think that hotel sheets as uncomfortable as they are would cost that much. Also every hotel sheet is dirty once used. I am certain we were Not the first to stain some hotel sheets. Granted I'm not an expert in that industry but we know what happens in hotels.

Ambulance showed up but,...

Liked: Comfy beds, clean room
Disliked: Lack of breakfast items and options

Close to the airport and...

Liked: It was near the airport and had breakfast. The staff were helpful and nice.
Disliked: The furniture in the entrance was pretty rugged and looked over used / unclean. And then in my bathroom it seemed like there were flecks of paint on the counter / possibly unclean. Everything else in the room looked good though.

But besides that everything else...

Liked: Friendly the price
Disliked: I was there with my spouse and I didn’t like how we couldn’t use hot tub look terrible whole reason purchased that room. Very disappointed

Needs to upgrade the breakfast...

Liked: The location and the mattress
Disliked: The breakfast wasn’t like was 14 years ago. Has no eggs, no waffles, no yoghurt. Went down hill. The juice was horrible quality. The pillow was horrible
