Disliked: Not enough towels and thin blanket, almost froze with air on,not enough pillows needs at least 4 per bed, I had to go find a ice bucket, tub was not clean and overly worn out, didn't feel comfortable getting in it, breakfast was good, bacon or sausage wouldn't hurt to add to waffle 🤷🏾‍♀️,it was an ok experience, I know some places ain't 5star and they tried , it was an ok timei spent there(for one night).

Disliked: The bathroom wasn't clean. The door couldn't lock. The beds didn't have blankets just light coverings. There was a long wait to check in because there was one woman working there. I know it wasn't her fault. But they were understaffed and she looked like she needed alot of help

Liked: The room came with a fridge and microwave. The bed was comfortable.
Disliked: The room was extremely noisy from the freeway making it very difficult to sleep. The hot tub was not working. The breakfast was just okay.

Liked: Bed and pillows were comfy
Disliked: The room smelled strongly of stale cigarettes and the bathroom smelled even stronger with mold. My chest hurt in the morning from breathing in that room. If it hadn't been so late when we got there I would've asked to switch rooms or stay elsewhere.

Liked: The room was spacious enough, and there was a desk suitable for writing. The breakfast options included waffles (that you make yourself with a waffle machine).When I told the receptionist that some things needed fixing in my room, she took care of it immediately.
Disliked: I did not like that people were passing directly outside the only window, which meant I had to keep the curtains closed all the time. Every breakfast option (beverages, cereal, waffles) produced a huge amount of plastic garbage, or even worse, styrofoam waste. Absolutely terrible!The person who was supposed to fix a ceiling vent in the bathroom did it in such an unprofessional way that it broke again on the next day.
