Liked: Clean rooms and towels. I got the side away from the freeway so, i couldn’t here any cars. Breaking was the best out of many I had stayed at. Fresh pancakes.
Disliked: Super small pillows. Curtains don’t cover the whole width of the windows properly

Disliked: someone else was given our room as well, they walked in on us as we were getting out of the shower, asked for another room, second room did not have proper AC, asked for another room, which we were accommodated, however, the latch for the door was broken, there was no phone to call the front desk, someone was knocking on our door at 2am. The bed was hard and uncomfortable..

Liked: Good location but it needs better maintenance.
Disliked: Room with nasty smoking smell, electrical outlets were in bad condition, room were clean but a really bad smell I couldn’t even had a good night sleep. The front desk people at nighttime didn’t give me any information related to WiFi need to do homework and couldn’t because of it. Then there were a Tv in the room and not control to use it. Really,really a baddddd experience

Liked: Front desk personal was great and housekeeping even better
Disliked: Sign on gate to pool area says 10-9.1 day they said after breakfast but didn't open till 2.1 day it would open after people had checked out.how about the paying customer?why should I wait?they close at exactly 9 but never open at 10 like it's posted.ive been here 6 days and finally Sunday I get to use hot tub which is one reason I chose here

Liked: The room we ended up in after the first one that was not serviced was clean. It had a microwave and fridge.
Disliked: The first room we got was not serviced so we were assigned another one. The receptionist told us breakfast was till 10 but when we showed up at 9.15 we found out it was only until 9. This was a very big draw back as we needed coffee and the hotel is by a highway with nothing around but construction. There were people sleeping on the floor in the hall where our room was. The wifi was unbearably slow and in the room there was not one single light bulb working or actually left Not many sockets either and no coffee machine, which given we had no breakfast because of the miscommunication from reception was indeed a big deal. I wouldnt go back.
