Would've rated 8 out 10 if not for cockroaches.

Liked: Towels were clean and price was right.
Disliked: Cockroaches in bathroom and sink area.

Liked: Room was clean and comfortable.
Disliked: Fire alarm went off twice during the night; apparently due to someone in another room whose cigarette got too close to a smoke detector. Breakfast was disappointing: limited choices, juice machine was broken.

Liked: Walking distance to 1st Summit Arena for Brit Floyd concert April 1. Bed was fine, room was clean.
Disliked: Upon check in , front desk clerk had a attitude like I was bothering him. Once I got to my room, card key didn't work. From 2nd floor, had to go back to front desk. At least then , kind lady was more conducive to quality customer service.
