Disliked: Saw roaches in the room

Liked: Location walking distance to stores work and shopping or eating out
Disliked: Bugs in rooms

Could do better...

Liked: I liked the 'eagerness to help" of the man on night shift.
Disliked: I didn't like the lack of 'eagerness to help' on day shift. I had to wait in my car until 3pm on the dot before I received help.

Passable

Liked: Front desk staff
Disliked: I stayed 3 days and never got a remote to work the television despite speaking with 2 employees about the issue. Therefore I had no tv for my entire stay. The cold water faucet did not work in the sink bathroom. The elevator is broken therefore 3 flights of stairs with luggage proved challenging. Very poor water pressure in the shower.

Liked: Was not clean inside had roaches
Disliked: Understaff and the staff that’s there is rude
